DESCRIPTION:Special Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Benedetto Students will explore sequencing of traditional Restorative Yoga postures. These postures improve circulation\, digestions\, remove toxins\, and reduce muscle tension. Postures will be supported using blankets\, blocks\, and cushions allowing the body to gently stretch and relax. Please be sure to communicate with your instructor any specific modifications. Benedetto is Benergy Healing: A Powerful\, Loud\, Massive Mountain\; helping beautiful Souls shift\, ascend\, and discover their own inner gems through energy work\, movement\, and sound. Benedetto is an experienced Master Reiki Teacher with intuitive shamanic & ethereal angelic vibes\, a qigong & yoga instructor\, and a crystal singing bowl healer\, ready to serve the greatest good. They have participated in several workshops\, retreats\, and events since 2016\, and was voted best Reiki practitioner two years in a row in Port Angeles\, Washington. Currently residing in the Chicagoland area\, Benedetto is an energy and sound healing practitioner at Enlightened Balance Chakra Spa in Crystal Lake\, Illinois.
