This course will provide you with tools to feel more confident offering hands on assists in your classes. There will be in-depth discussion\, review\, and practice on how to properly support 12 Restorative Yoga poses. A Reiki Level 1 attunement is included in the course package to offer assistance on learning tools to balance one's own energy and the energy of the room that you are teaching. This course includes 20 CEs Approved by Yoga Alliance. Each section of this can be taken individually.
