SUMMARY:Yoga for Winter Wellness and Warmth
DESCRIPTION:Drinking hot tea and sitting next to a fire isn't the only way to build\n\nheat this winter. Specific breath work and yoga postures can also activate\n\nyour internal fire to energize and invigorate the body. When the body is\n\norganically warmed with movement\, you will feel soft and open to receive.\n\n\n\nEnjoy 90 minutes of vinyasa yoga influenced by restorative yoga and\n\nAyurvedic practices. Class will begin with instruction for self massage to\n\nincrease circulation\, followed by a series of pranayama breathwork and\n\nasana poses. Movement will be taught at a moderately fast pace to increase\n\nblood and energy flow. Finish class with deep relaxation and gentle hands\n\non assistance. Please bring your favorite warm clothing for savasana as the\n\nbody cools off.\n\n\n\nCozy up with yoga this winter  you deserve it!\n\n\n\nAll levels welcome.
