Holiday Support Series

Join Hannah Conner, LCPC for a three-part holiday coping series.

Perhaps you’ve begun the work of practicing body liberation and dismantling fatphobia yet struggles re-emerge when spending time with family members who are still entrenched in diet culture.

Maybe you struggle during the holidays due to a resurgence of disordered eating or body rejection and could use a supportive space to navigate these challenges.

Join us for this virtual support network to navigate the holiday season.

Each session is held virtually via Zoom and is 6pm-7:30pm Central time.
